PRODUCT INFORMATION
This pump is designed for use in a variety of applications, and is capable of handling sewage with its high flow rates, making it compatible with 2"" discharge lines. With 1 hp and 2" discharge features, this pump is constructed with heavy cast iron and offers options for 115V or 230V in 1-phase. Its patented V-Slice® Cutter Technology allows it to shred difficult solids like feminine products, rags, towels, and wipes that can often jam other types of pumps. It also features a hardened stainless steel cutter and plate, as well as an oil-filled, thermally protected motor. The PRG-Series grinders can even be used as a replacement pump in 2"" discharge systems that typically use LE40 and LE50-Series solids handling pumps. Additionally, a vertical switch model is available in 115V.
